The Spank has told Autosport that he knows who's behind the whole Nazi Spanking 'outing' that hit the papers last year, and he's confirmed it was someone with F1 circles who wanted him out of office.
However, before he reveals the name of the individual, he needs to gain absolute proof which 'the spank' says could take 2-3 years, but when he gets the proof, he's going to tell the world and take them down, with probably a few others too...
So why wait 3 years, who do you think the individual is in F1 then?

What does he possibly hope to gain? It's not like the story is BS is it?
Before I went to nick a bloke I did a CRO and discovered he'd served 3 months for assault police. He turned out to be a bit on the wimp side so I asked him about his precon.

it seems he had been on the first floor of a pub and then threw a paving slab (note: a paving slab) at a panda car in the road below. The slab went through the roof and onto the passenger seat just missing the PC in the driver's seat who, no doubt, studied the object for some time.
That was some fit-up.

Spanky: "No, no, I meant the person filming it. The perverts. One day I will tell everyone who it was and then we'll see who the pervert is."
Everyone else: "We already know that. It's you!"
Spanky: "But how can they set me up by filming me indulging in some sado-masochistic prositution and get away with it?"
Everyone else:" If you'd not been doing it, they wouldn't have had anything to film, would they?"
Spanky: "That's not the point. They set me up!"
Everyone else:"No Max, you did that. They just filmed you doing it."
For someone who is no doubt intelligent and educated, he has a real blind spot for public opinion.
Still, I look forward to finding out who it was, so I can send them a note of congratulations.
