So, Jenson sandbagged a bit, set pole when it counted, led from start to finish, won with time to spare, in a Ross Brawn car that was straight out of the box & with Rubens Barrichello as his teammate putting in a worthy performance (apart from the start) to finish 2nd.
Must make Button as good as Michael Schumacher, right?

So Rubens got a satanic advantage by tipping 2 extra kilos of lead into his car for better balence & thus neatly got the weight up to 1 that included three 6s, what of it?
At least Button didn't need to crash into Villeneuve to beat him & has won a GP in a car not influenced by Brawn, unlike that Schumacher bloke.

Don't really unnderstand the Button bashing to be honest, is there just that "something" you don't like about the guy, think he's a crap driver, basically whats your point? Its a great moan, but what exactly is your point?
Here's the point of my argument, have always been a Button fan, yes cos he's English, but he also drives incredibly well, good humoured, and quite obviously LOVES racing. You can't discredit the guy just because a s
t team offered him a crap load of money, thats just called common sense, and its paid off, took longer than he thought, but it paid off didnt it?!

winning 2 championships, and runner up in another, all in the same year, not too shabby. Admittedly he hasn't won alot since, but then unlike the great Schumacher, JB doesn't get himself disqualified from races or championships because he throws his toys out the pram when he's not winning, no, he takes it in good grace and sits back waiting for his team's "time", and who's had the last laugh now, certainly not you haters out there, thats for sure. Me on the other hand, big fk off smile on my face! hahaha, come on Button, lets be having that championship!

If there is any bashing going on in this thread it's the bashing of a 7 times WDC.
I actually quite like JB, but certain people would have one believe that because he has won two races one in a Brawn he is as good as Michael Schumacher.
I can't be bother to do this but if anyone wishes to, there was a thread started last year predicting who to watchout for in the 2009 season, see who I predicted............
@german tony, taking away the win under Ross Brawn, 1 win fron 155(?) F1 Gp's is hardly a statistic comparable to Schumacher.
