BTCC history cognoscenti - mid-80s race winner question

Afternoon all. Here's one for the BTCC real cognoscenti out there! Not knowing the answer to this, or being able to find it online, is really starting to bug me...

Can anyone remember the mid-80s BTCC race at Brands in deluge conditions that was won my a Pug 205 being driven by a left foot-braking driver who's day job was normally rallying? He beat all the R500s (or maybe it was XR4s, etc back then).

IIRC there was a shot of him entering a nigh-on flooded Druids being on Autoport's cover that week.

A quick search on Google did the trick. It was Mikael Sundstrom in a Pug UK rally car in 1986.

Not quite true he won his class (class C )& it as the only time Chris Hodgetts in the Toyota Corolla got beat all year, it was 1986.. The car was a 205GTI group A car converted into a circuit racer by Des O dell..
