British Science Museum Exhibition

It's a nice bit of PR for Formula 1, but still highly enjoyable: the British Science Museum has on display an exhibition of various formula 1-originated technologies that have 'trickled down' to the consumer market. Mind you, the consumers referenced are the sort of people who can afford electronically integrated full carbon fibre training bicycles and such, but it is fun to see a full KERS system up close, and John Barnard's carbon fibre dining/conference table is impossibly cool and wonderful.

Well worth taking in. Just do it on a day after school is back in so that every 5 year old in London isn't getting too close to the displays and setting off the proximity sirens every 20 seconds.
