Castle Combe - Avon Rise/Quarry

I thought I'd post this before someone else does....

....nearly 6 years ago, my third Tuscan race weekend (or second if you discount the first when I only got 2 laps in each race)....

...carried too much speed over Avon Rise...might have got away with it had I not got on the brakes a fraction before the weight had settled after I went over the crest.... locked the rears, stayed on the brakes and hey presto.....

Looked like you were still turning over the rise which is why the back end came round on the brakes.

You'd have saved that now ofcourse Andy, one of the expensive Rookie lessons learned.

Looks like you had carried alot of speed in too. would have been quick if you'd gotten away with it!

A classic off at quarry Andy being one of the Quarry hardcore we see a lot of the sort of shunt some usually don't manage to slow it down as much, still a spectacular crash tho
