Roll Cage

Looking at fitting a full lightweight roll cage to my car (prefered North West area), who would you guys recommend with regards to building/fitting.
Also what would be the best lightweight metal you could use and how heavy would a full cage be for a Griff.

Hi, I dont know anyone in the north east, but I'd give John Reid a bell ( readmanracing) as he's bound to know whose around in that area.


I tend to use rollcentre but they are Cambridge way.

You also need to check the blue book that lists the materials and specs you can use.. but im fairly sure unless its standard size mild steel cds tubing you need some expensive certification if you going to use it for competition.
