EU investigation into Mosley's methods?

It is long on speculation and spectacularly short on fact, but it is interesting.
It would appear that one of the excluded teams - guesses below - in the rush to get into F1 is thinking of taking the FiA to the EU for breaking (I'm only reporting what's on a website) competition laws. The 'help' giving to one team in particular and the manor in which this was done have already been mentioned on these forums.
Whilst this is just rumour at the moment, Sylt writes lots of articles for the dailies and one would assume this is a major source of income for him. So idle speculation is not the ideal. But it is difficult to know what the team could get from it. Compensation? Punative damages? By the time the EU comes to a decision, they'll be racing electric cars.
Or is it just a slap in the face of Mosley? An attempt to damage him (if any further damage is possible of course) and his mini me?

Good find, Derek.My guess is that nothing serious will come of the EU query, either because of the regime "change" or because the aggrieved party will drop the matter when it is reminded of its other relationships with the regulator of world motor sport.

I am surprised to see on it the name of Graham Stoker. I know nothing of the man, but a year ago someone here on PH, who implied that he was in a position to know, said that Stoker was a highly principled man.
The piece also mentions that Mosley lickspittle Richard Woods has resigned from the FIA and is now working for Todt.
