His first time at PP and carrying a nav for that reason, I think he did a pretty respectable time.

Just listening to Radio Le Mans Mid Week m/sport podcast, Rennison in RS200, only had one run at the course, his timed one, due to technical problems all weekend, apparently he had to do one complete run in practice or he wouldn't be allowed to do a run in competition, so took a Hyundai hire car up the course, an automatic at that. He also apparently had no brakes from half way and due to the lack of practice he didn't dare use the NOS. He's going to try again next year.

I don't think he's on and off the throttle any more than other drivers, just the wastegate makes it sound like much bigger variations.

That video is really a quite blatant Climb Dance ripoff attempt - even down to the same camera shots etc. Would be much better if they tried something original.

The video description clearly says it is homage to Climb Dance. It wasn't a great job, but they made a decent crack at it.
