I'm not sure anyone does at the moment. MRI used to but nothing in the brochure this year and they dropped their hospitality at LM this year which I'd assume is their biggest event so maybe there isn't the overall demand at the moment. I'd guess your best bet is to find a US company offering hotel/ticket/transfer type deals and sort out your own flights.
Alternatively get on some US forums and ask advice and plan the whole thing yourself. I did Road Atlanta for PLM a couple of years back and it all worked OK. My usual LM crew are planning to do Sebring 2010 and it seems easy enough to organise flights, RV hire, camping and race tickets.
