If, as seems possible, teams might dump Cosworth for less risky engine suppliers, one wonders what might become of them. The legal aspects of the Mosley/FIA demand that the new teams use one specific engine might well lead to the teams being able to cancel their contract without penalty.
The suggestion of Toyota makes a lot more sense.
It seems a bit harsh on Cosworth. Still, Mosley's decisions cost them their chances of remaining in F1 before so you'd think they might have learned their lesson. It makes you wonder if they will recoup their investment.

I would have thought USF1 can use any engine they can get I think as they announced their intention to join before the recent lottery. Only the 2 newbies were asked to use Cosworth power but if the rumblings are that it's naughty of Max to stipulate that then if they chose another supplier and it turns out Prodrive weren't considered because they were not going to use a Cosworth engine then the brown stuff is going to be hitting Spanky's fan again. Sooner the fool goes the better.
