I agree that Renault are going to can their F1 operation at the end of the year anyway, hence they are not going to waste time, money and resources on fighting it...

I'll wager Fernando did not know anything about it - he has proved with Maclaren that he can not keep his mouth shut - what a shame he has an almost guaranteed seat at Ferrari since he keeps avoiding any fall out ...
