Who will be the new Renault team Principal ?

My money is on Tom Walkinshaw - he knows the job, and many of the people through his time at Benetton. He lives locally, isn't overstretched with his current interests and has a good management team to run his existing businesses whilst he focuses on F1. Anyone got any other suggestions ?

I think Renault are aiming to make their management team more trustworthy...Patrick1964 said:

A couple old stories, neither of which I can vouch for the validity of.
Allegedly the Jag XJS was never eligible for the European Touring Car Championship (which it won). The night before the final round, two fabricators were flown to the nearest Jaguar dealership to the FIA in Paris and they modified the bodyshell of two XJS's in the showroom in case the FIA wanted to check the validity of the dimensions supplied by Jaguar.
Also allegedly the same XJS's had a bladder inside the fuel cell, giving an extra fuel capacity at the start of the race. The drivers had to pull out a pipe from the sill on the cool down lap at the end of the race and blow into it, inflating the bladder in case of fuel cell capacity checks.
I'm sure everything else was above board though :-)
