Will the F1 title be decided in the final race?

Unless Button makes a mess this weekend (which is entirely possible), I don't see how it could go down to the wire in the final race.
Most likely he will clinch it in Japan. Otherwise in Brazil. If he can't clinch it, well, it is Jenson Button we're talking about, whose performance swings as much as a woman's mood during a lunar cycle.

Depends how far down the route of Sports Entertainment Bernie wants to take the F1 championship this year, given the public response to last years cliff hanger, my guess is it will be tied up at either Brazil of Abu Dhabi . . . . . . who's going to win it's out of Rubens or Jenson is anybodys guess, who knows maybe they'll go for the older underdog finaly wins route 
in terms of driver performance, i dont think it will go down to the final race - i think jenson can "see" the finish line and has the motivation he needs to get the job done.
however, im not daft enough to think that there isnt room for a twist in the tale courtesy of mr eccleston & co. suppose it will make for interesting viewing! That said, dont think even Bernie can predict the weather in Brazil....
