I for one am delighted that Jenson did the business and got the F1 drivers title. What with Brawn getting the constructors title too it was amazing.

But what about;

Chris Meeke getting the IRC rally title

Dario Franchitti getting the IRL title

I think Lewis Hamilton was brilliant this year once the car was sorted

Bradley Smith’s move to the Aspar Aprilia team next year (125cc bikes) may add another level to our motorsport season.

Anyway, well done all of the above.

Finally, I must say if Matt Wilson does not win a WRC round in 2010 I think the guy should give up. I like him, he has won the BRC but if he can't improve I really think he should be dropped. How many seasons has he now done in the WRC? It must be 3 or 4????

He's had top machines and not show the speed of the top level guy's....

And young Bradley got 2nd in the WORLD 125cc championship against a far more experienced team mate! I think 2010 will see - after too many years - a british motorcycle GP world champion.
