just a tad!

depending on how good the cars are, I would say it's a toss up between Hamilton and Vettel.

Hamilton, Alonso or Vettel. It all depends on how good McLaren, Ferrari and Red Bull are, could go either way.

Exciting season coming up! biggrin

I went with the majority on this one. If the Mclaren is up to scratch then I think Lewis will be difficult to catch on all accounts.

I also have an overwhelming desire to see Alonso stuck at the back of the pack a la Badouer style, followed by a succession of toys being thrown from the pram wink

(I'd like to see him start mud slinging at Ferrari and get away with it - spoilt little pcensoredk )

At the moment its Lewis for me.

Mclaren seem to be the form team,
Lewis has experience within the team,
Everyone else is in new team or returning from time off,
I don't believe Renault can/want to turn there engine around.

Either way I'm sure it'll change drastically between now and the start of the 2010 season.

It'd have been nice to have the poll as a pick 3 drivers you thinka are likely to win rather than a single choice.

Plumped for LH as McMerc should be able to produce a decent car (there's no way they'll make the same mistake again is there?) and I think he'll have the legs on Jenson. Would have guessed LH, JB, SV as my three.

Everyone's voted for the top (first) Massa, so if he's the choice of future voters, choose the top one.

I think Hamilton's going to get it. Button will be doing stupendously well if he beats him. The only thing that will stop Hamilton from getting his second title is a bad car, and I don't think the next McLaren will be that.

I must admit, it'd be a bold person to bet against Lewis for 2010. 3rd year in a F1 car, with the team (I suspect) modelled around him, with his results? And after this year, surely the car aint going to be a pup?

But as long as it's a McLaren 1-2, I'm not particularly bothered.

Ah, I voted LH BTW..........

It will be USF1's new signing Ricky Bobby.

Otherwise, a McLaren 1-2 I reckon.

Could it be a Mercedes Benz 1,2,3,4,5,6?

Or will Williams spring a surprise?

All will be revealed next year. Stay tuned!

I think the phrase of "What doesn't kill us will make us stronger" is highly applicable to Lewis.

He'll be the man to beat if McLaren give him the car.

Logically it must be Lewis as long as the car can deliver. The team have so much invested in him (don't forget he started working fo McLaren while still in the womb) that they will make sure he beats Button. Why did Jenson go there? He must be mad.

All I hope is that we don't get another boring predictable season like the late 80's/early 90's with McLaren winning every, or nearly every, race. I don't watch many now, I'll probably give up completely if that happens.
