Seems like a good proposition for a newbie team.

Having said that, they seem to have rattled through a few names - perhaps the press are just desperate to keep some news coming and keep the interest up?

would make sense for both - Trulli seems to want to carry on and his experience would be valuable to a new team.

If Stefan GP were to be accepted by the FIA, Trulli would be a good shot at getting a crap car through qualifying. Other than that, I personally think he is past it by a long way.

I've read somewhere that Gascoyne really rates him from the time they worked together at Toyota. Add that to the fac that he's got a bucketload of experience and that Lotus are a fledgling team - makes alot of sense.
