As voted for by 217 World Championship drivers for an Autosport poll.

But what do they know, eh. Start arguing below.....

I thought was interesting how much Vettel is rated at such an early point in his career.

Skewed by the demographics of the drivers interviewed, no doubt.

Autosports annual rubbish poll appears again.

Some interesting results there. I would have Clay Reggazzoni ahead of Carlos Reutemann.

I never saw him, but my father is of the same opinio as you. Would he really have able to have beaten Ayrton in a straight fight?

I wouldn't put him in my top 100 let alone top 40.

Hamilton is a bit high considering he has only been in F1 for 3 years. Vettel ahead of Button is interesting...
Should Vettel have won the championship?

It seems they think he'll win more in the future certainly.

Interesting. Only viewed the top 25, but i've sucked through my teeth at Fernando (9), Nige(11), Mika and Kimi, so far. Wouldn't have had them as high.

Oh the current lot driving the only one who should even get near the top 10 is Hamilton. Alonso probably top 15. Vettel? Talk to me in 5 yrs time, but right now he aint in the top 50!

Top 10?
IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER!

Prost
Senna
Fangio
Schumi (M)
Clark
JYS
Lauda
Moss
Rindt

And pick one between Black Jack, Graham Hill and Ascari...because I cant make my mind up. For those of a crueller mindset I suppose you could overlook Rindt, but personally Id consider you an ahole if you did.

Throw in GP racing in general and then you have Nuvalari, Rudi, Kling and Seaman to add to the mix.
