Michael Schumacher. I can't help feeling MB have been holding back more than the others so far in testing. Say what you like about the man's ethics; he certainly is something to behold behind the wheel.

I fancy MS or FA for the championship overall - last year the main players all dropped the ball at least twice. Can't see Michael or Fernando doing that.

Having said that, the Red Bull does look very well hooked up.

Depends how much of a dog the car is, I suppose. With the new regs, anything is possible - you just have to look at last season.

I'd be tickled pink if one of the new teams caused an upset though! Lotus / glock......?

I love chatting about the season yet to be, all the driver moves, the advances in technology, the rule chnages, the posturing....the anticipation of a great season...always SO much better than the seasons themselves..
Tough to call this year.

Ferrari already proved to be quick + Alonso
Never discount a Mclaren + Hamilton and current champ
Red Bull on the up - Newey, vettel and Webber

Not often so much gets thrown into the mix

Mr Brawn, as everyone knows, is a master of tactics. Either Merc driver could take it on tactics as their car seems to be in the top 4, and tactics will be crucial in the first race. McLaren are professional tactic fkupperers so I'd rule them out.

For an outside bet, that Sauber looks pretty quick too if the others have reliability issues.

Slightly off topic (apologies) but which of the new teams will turn up.
I think Virgin, Lotus and Stefan will be there, with Stefan being the only new team to get a car to the finish. It is very strange getting this close and still not knowing which teams / drivers will be racing.

They are full of fuel and only have to stop for tyres...?
maybe alittle tactics...doubtful they'll be race deciding though??
