Hi all, im new to this forum but have been a key follower for few months so thought it was about time i sorted out a login.
Really looking forward to the BTCC series this year as last year was the best in a while. Just wondering how many teams are entered this year as i know Vauxhal pulled out. Hope theres plenty with a good variety of manufacturers...

All i know at the moment is Andy neate is joining a team, the BTCC website has stories on ti all but hasnt listed entries yet

Andy Jordan is back with a Vectra, being run by the family team (Eurotech).
Dave Pinkey has also bought a vectra and will be running it himself.

New team Forster will be running a pair of BMW 320s

Paul O Neill and John George will be in the techspeed integras

Tom Chilton will be back in the AON focus, rumoured that Tom Onslow Cole will be joining him

Newcomers VW tuner AmD will be entering a golf

Rob Collard will be back in a motorbase BMW

and then the rumours start..

Matt Neal is expected to go back to Team Dynamics
Triple Eight have said they are trying to come back with a single vectra
Turkington wants to come back with WSR again, but its all about the £££
Plato will stay with RML, but in a Chevy cruze
Mat Jackson may be his team mate


few other rumours going around - phil glew (clio cup winner) wants a drive, maybe with his own team.
tom boardman wants to enter in the civic.

sounds like theres alot of interest for this season then. Will be nice to get more cars than last year!

Tom Boardman is racing the Seat, not sure where the Civic came from!
Matt hamilton is due to race his old shape Civic Type R with TH Motorpsort who used to run John George.

Lots of rumours circulating but not much has been confirmed yet. The media day is in less than 3 weeks so it'll all come out by then. I'm really looking forward to it, should be a great season as long as the smaller teams have the budget to do a full season so we don't have drop outs early on like last year.
