Chrissakes, give 'em a chance toady.
virgin and lotus testing times are already inside anyway, HRT have only just started running the car, but noticed a time of around 109% for one. If it's such an issue give them a free day or two's testing somewhere.

It won't happen this year anyway as it needs full agreement from all the teams to change the rule now, obviously the slow teams wouldnt agree so this year will stay as it is.
They might as well reintroduce it for next year though as there' likely to be at least one more new team entering, and now qualifying is all low fuel rather than racing fuel for Q3, there major reason it was dropped in the first place has gone.

While it's a moot point due to needing all the teams to agree I certainly don't think HRT should be allowed any "free" days of testing, there were plenty of free testing days over the last couple of weeks, they just didnt turn up.Chrissakes, give 'em a chance toady.

Of course I'm not gonna argue that they've had their chance, same as every other team, and missed their opportunity, but this stance seems all stick no carrot to me, and pretty contradictory when toadys speaking in the same breath about supporting and helping new teams.
