Best GP in europe to attend?

Very nearly booked up for a week in Belgium there with the good lady for Spa, seeing it coincides with my birthday.
However, reading reviews and speaking to a friend, there's a lot of talk about things being a little muddy and access to the track being poor. Also heard Monza is lacking in the facility department.
This opened up the thought of perhaps going to some other GP in europe. Any advice?

The Spa race is famous for changeable weather. I went a few years ago and it was a fantastic weekend, sun, racing, mates, beer 
If it rains heavily, some places will be muddy but there are well-made paths all round the circuit. Remember it is in the hills so it's not as controlled an area as the airfield or purpose built circuits.

Well, it does get muddy if walking the track but so what lol!
There is parking around the circuit, bit of a walk but Spa is a majestic place, it's joyful!
Like said, unless you're really old, disabled, or just hate doing anything active and are a fat American, then just get on with it!

I've been to Spa in all sorts of weathers and walked around the track at all hours of the day and night at the 24 hr GT's and I've not come across mud. It's a fantastic circuit.
Spa is fantastic and highly recommended.
Although, on a practical note, if you your Mrs are planning to walk around the circuit there is little in the way of facilities for ladies. I would highly recommend a Shewee!

Whilst they're not great, it was sufficeint for my Kezia? We did walk the entire circuit...I wanted to go again, but she was too tired.
