Having rigerously stuck to my winter training programme which mainly includes eating lots of Hollands pies, Chips, full English breakfasts and drinking copious quantities of Robinsons best bitter I thought I was in tip top condition. I even drove everywhere, instead of walking, to get more practice.

I did five, 20 minutes sessions at Oulton Park yesterday and now I can't lift my arms and my lower back is killing me. Where have I gone wrong? wink

You should have dragged that tasmin front end down your drive and launched it into the back of my van dave. ( it would have saved me getting a hernia instead!!!!)

NTEL I think I need some lessons off you. I am coming up to the half century and have tried the pies, cakes, Guinness and sitting on my arse for long periods of time and still can't put weight on weeping

just got back from the local con club having consumed a goodly amount of Thwaites bitter and a few packets of Porkies pork scratchings and I feel a lot better. Obviously I've been drinking the wrong beer and eating the wrong food. I'll be fighting fit within a month!!!!!!
