The levels of motivation of some racers amaze me - after the injuries Zanadri suffered, to continue to race (and change sport), and to apply himself... it's a real shame that F1 rules and regulations don't allow competitors with these levels of injuries to compete.

Well no wonder he won if people were pushing him.... 
In all seriousness though, that's a damned impressive achievement, by any standards. I hope he's successful in getting a place in the Olympic team because Zanardi has always come across as being positive in spite of his injuries. In fact, you could almost say he has achieved these things *because* of his injuries rather than in spite of them.
