Just a quick heads up in case anyone forgot. Should be a good season, plus I love the way ITV4 give you seven hours of Motorsport on a Sunday!

If there's another BTCC thread let me know.

IMO a 'box' is essential for these programmes. Without our V+ I'd get serious earache and miss most of the races !

Think there should be an official BTCC race thread like we have for the F1

Huge crash from Tom Chilton in the AON Focus. Lots of failures from the Dunlop tyres today.

So they have sacrificed driver safety for a green environmentalism issue on tyre chemical compounds.

if i was chilton or sheddon id be asking severe safety questions of the dunlop tyres, as has been said, risk safety for the sake of the greens.

I presumed the comedy exploding clown car tyres were a new fia initiative to liven up races?

How does smashing up half a dozen racing cars help the environment? I know the lentilists will enjoy the idea, just not sure how it helps their cause...

Guessing Chilton's car wont be able to compete in the next races here at Thruxton today due to too much damage

Has anyone got a list of times for the day. I missed that part so got no idea when the rest of the BTCC and Ginettas are on.
