I asked a similar Q a few days back, it seems it takes a few hrs to be put on line, but there is no hard and fast rule.
I have an identity cloaker which shows me in the UK when I aint.
If you had an even more advanced one (which does exist)you could watch it on lasextadeportes.es from Spain, but you would tear your hair out at the commentary re the Hamilton penalty.

BBC put out a statement saying that this race would take a bit longer than normal to get online.

Highlights are on BBC web site - 10 mins so covers all the main action.

Disaapointed its not on I-Player yet as well

There's been a power failure at the TV compound in Valencia, hence no red button either. Shame because I have a feeling it would have been a feisty forum!
