Sunday at Silverstone

Hello all.

First time at the GP this weekend and just wondering what time everything finishes on Sunday?

Does the Grand Prix Party go on all evening? And do people stop over on the Sunday night or pack up their tents and head home after the race?

i think thee is a FBMW race after the F1 so track action will finish around 1630.

no idea what the party is like, i would guess that most people start to head back home after the inevitable sunday morning early start....

The grand prix party is a brilliant end to the grand prix, loads of drivers up on stage, live bands etc all excellently compared by tony jardine. Great to unwind with a few beers at the end of the day. Bit of a scrum to get in but loads of room once u are through the tunnel despite the fact there's anything up to 20000 people there! Normally all finishes by seven tho. But then there's normally the chance to wander out via the track (& pose for the obligatory photos on the pole position spot!)
