Attending practice or qualifying at Spa

Just noticed on the calendar that we will be travelling back through Belgium on the Friday before the GP at teh end of August and I'm trying to work out if we could work in a bit of an F1 fix.

I'll have a 3 and a 5 year old with me and can't do the Sunday anyway so I'm thinking about practice or qualifying. I don't want to spend too much as the boys motorsport attention span (as tested at Brands Hatch a couple of times) lasts only a couple of hours and combined with a recalcitrant wife I cannot imagine us being there for long.

I've looked on the web but can't seem to see if you can just attend for the Friday and/or Saturday.

Anyone done something similar or know if you can?

I have 2 weekend passes, seated in the Gold grandstand at the top of Eau Rouge :-) but am not planning to be there on the Friday. You are more than welcome to have my Friday passes if you wish, just drop me your details via here and i'll post them out.
