and with Audi vs Pug - it's a big war
besides, didn't Kimi Raikonnen do something similar at La Source some years ago during an F1 race ?
he seemed to get away with it

+1. Not sure which move you mean, but it seems fair. It's quite normal to gain/lose advantage due to backmarkers. I'd say the standards of driving were very high there, several times it could have gone wrong and didn't, it was a pleasure to watch! Thanks for the clip! 
Yes. all fair and legal.
the lead Audi left the track to avoid a much slower car because no other part of the track was available. The car was the leading pack of 3 at the time and as such neither gained nor lost any advantage so the move was entirely fair and legal.
Had the 2nd place car carried out the move and overtaken the lead car by leaving the track then that would have been a different matter

Under Mad Max though I still the result would have been different had the driver been black. the lead Audi left the track to avoid a much slower car because no other part of the track was available.
