I was fortunate enough to go to Lime Rock for this today. The racing was pretty good, although the speed differential between the LMP and GTC was a bit much for this track as they were lapping within 3 laps of the start of the race. It was a great circuit for spectating and photography though as there's no high catch fencing.
The thing that really struck me being there today however was witnessing the way the safety teams act when there was an accident compared to in England. I witnessed the safety pick-up trucks driving the wrong way on the circuit whilst the safety car was out, towards the oncoming traffic, actually driving alongside the race cars whilst the safety car was out and nearly causing an accident as it didn't look like the drivers were expecting it, and just generally in my mind at least behaving dangerously. It looked very disorganised compared to the British marshal teams and how incidents get dealt with at British races.

Some decent racing, and a good day for Porsche, winning outright and in GT and GTC
Patrick Long just holding off the BMWs in GT, anmd Klaus Graf putting a really strong move on Brabham with ten minutes to go to hold the lead, the resulting puncture costing Brabham the opportunity of the win
I didnt even know anyone was still running RS Spyders let alond winnning outright in them
