Britcar 24hr TV Coverage

Does anyone know what TV coverage there will be of the 24 hour race? Will it be on Sky Sports or Motors TV?

Okay, I phoned and asked!

Will be televised on Sky Sports and Motors TV. There's is also apparently some discussion about the possibility of broadcasting live on ESPN!

Surely you would think we could get support for Englands only serious 24 hour.

Also is the qualifying and race still covered on radio le mans so can listern before I get there on the friday?

The 24hrs is due to be shown on both Motors TV and ESPN as a 2hr highlights package.

Looks like (according to their website) that the RLM guys will be in Atlanta for the Petit Le Mans weekend.

Ohh yeah just spotted that, bummer! Any ideas if the live cams from the pitlane will be back again this year on the britcar site cos they where intresting to watch during qualifying last year?

You are very welcome to pop into Garage 3A (Brunswick) whenever you are passing - live timings and live in car footage will be available in the garage; which should increase your enjoyment of the weekend!

Thanks andy. I did that last year but what with the bridge over the start straight now gone its abit of a slog to keep getting back to the pits when your freezing in the middle of the night in the stands! So trying to find ways I can follow it abit easier on my phone. Although you kinda dont care when things are making loud noises and spitting flames at you thats more intresting at the time!

Hey Andy what kit are you using for live in car video ?
I really wanted to try and do something as I own a CCTV company so cameras are not a problem.
I looked for something but could not find anything that had the bandwidth or range.
Are you jumping on the back of someone’s network or something ?
If so is it something we can do.
