Lighting Regs

Folks, an extract from the blue book
"5.14.4. With the exception of racing cars, or cars of periods A to C, have headlights in normal working order with glasses of minimum 182.5 sq cm each
unless SRs permit their removal."

Do we class as racing cars for this regulation? I know headlinghts a a scrutes favories, but do we have to comply with the 182.5 sq cm each bit of the blue book?

Cheers, haven't really been keeping up to date here, from the sounds of things front lights are advisable (but not needed to the letter of the law) but not the original size shape etc and not the 182.5 sq cm.

I know I'm just using some 4" x 2" lights, I think a few other people are using the same, so AFAIK you need lights but they can be anything.
