End of the race, small kid leaping about in a 'My Dad's the Stig' T-shirt.

Commentator:

Oh, look Ben Collins son.

Many people on here have 'known' that Ben Collins has been the stig for a fair old while. I'd say the most worthwhile proof is when Hammond had his crash in the dragster and it was Bens name as the safety briefer. There are lots of other things to have either proved it was him or disproved it was anyone else. I think it's getting quite a lot of media coverage due to this book being released.

Yes, many people have known it for a while now but the commentators comment was still funny to me smile

Exactly my point I knew this about 2-3 years ago, it was still bloody funny on the TV.

Sorry, I couldn't tell from the tone of your post, I just assumed that it might have been the 1st time you'd heard it mentioned. That is all. frown I've had so many friends say recently "do you know who the stig is?". The answer is always, yes, it's the person I told you about like 2 years ago. So again, i'm sorry. smile

No doubt Tom Blomqvist thought "oh no he isn't sunshine" every time he drove past...
