Msa license renewal

I've decided Im getting back into 125 ICC. My last license was a 2007 one, I've read you can renew from 3 years back. Assuming this is correct, do I actually need my old license to prove to them I had one? I've no idea where it is! What else would I need, anyone know?

You have till end of this year, and yes you'll need your old lic number.

Icc, i've also one in the garage and thinking about running it next year, great race machines.

Oh and what kart is it? I used to run birel chassis and sgm, then changed to maxter engines.
