MSA British Endurance Championship
Discussion
With the news that Britcar will become the British Endurance Championship from next season, how do people feel this will affect the series?
When the report says the championship will be for "GT2, GT3 and GT4 cars" will these classes match the FIA classes of the same name or will they allow the current range of competitors to find a home in the championship?

The reference to the GT2, GT3 and GT4 is to give a rough idea as to the performance level of the differant classes. The class structure will still be based on the current power to weight ratios and we will be allowing all kinds of vehicles into the championship as we currently do so non homologated and one off vehicles can be entered with a certain flexibility on aero and suspension for example to allow teams to work on developing their cars.
The profile has been raised and the name has changed but hopefully the camaraderie and spirit in the paddock will be the same as always.
