I thought Rookies had to be debutants?

This is his début season, therefore it will be graded on 2010. They will have excluded the two races from last 2009 as he only contested a small portion of it.

So far, so good; he has a go-for-it attitude and looks to have the speed and temperament to get the best out of his car and bring it home.

Seems like a nice guy too.

Vettel won the Autosport ROTY in 2008, even though he'd done eight races over the '06 and '07 seasons.
