If anyone out there is racing a fixed head Tasmin I have a body shell going free to a good home. It does need a nose cone but otherwise it’s all there. It would be very handy to have in the event of a rear end shunt so if anyone wants it come and get it otherwise its going to get cut up and end up in a skip

Its not that its a space issue

I already have

1) Tasmin 280i drop top :- France
2) Chimaera :- Warwick
3) Sagaris rolling shell :- Midland classic restorations workshop
4) Taz Racer :- Folks Garage
5) S3 body shell :- Roof of Folks Garage
6) Sagaris nose :- Patio
7) Tuscan :- 2nd Garage
8) about 20 TVR related moulds :- GRP workshop

not to mention

a) 2-3 landrovers in parts :- Dads mates storae unit
b) 250cc gearbox kart :- Wall of MCR workshop
c) Jago Samuri :- Grans garage in Scotland..
d) 30ft of truck parked on the drive
e) garage full of ducati, and v6 & v8 Engines
f) Gearbox in upstairs bed room...

not many places for another shell.. I do fancy it though, just mate it to a rangy chassis..

My garage has alex's tasmin, My vx front clam, bootlid, front lower clam, knackered gearbox for the tasmin plus various spare bits for tuscan. Shed has spare TUSCAN!!!!!!!!! rear end, vx complete rear clam, spare set of vx wheels and 8 used tuscan slicks. Conservatory has alex's tony kart plus toolboxes and a very nice broken tuscan wheel. Back garden has a spare tasmin front end ready for alex's car if needed. Spare bedroom has various spare parts for the vx.
Tuscan is at chriss browns again for a new bum and paint job.

I would love to have the tasmin body but where do i put it?

I've got plenty of space (OUTSIDE UNCOVERED that is....shouldn't be a problem being fibreglass) if an existing TVR racer would like to store it for later use....FOC !

I've currently got space in Essex, but not really got the time to collect from Sheffield, plus I've also got a complete spare car, be a shame for it to go in a skip though.

I had a spare body shell. That ended up in the skip after the nose cone was removed for Alex's car. Bloody shame really.

Yeah there were never many of these things made to start with, a real shame to see them end up scrapped
