Watched the trucks and the bulk of the Nationwide race, so should probably watch this to complete the set.

NASCAR popularity in the non-USA world does seem to have dropped a bit this year judging by the lack of posts on the various forums; from a commercial perspective it sadly looks like Sky Sports were right to drop it.


I'm not sure about what the repaving has done to the circuit - drivers seem to love it, but cars running 2 by 2 nose to tail at over 200mph chasing single cars that can only manage 185 is MENTAL.



I shall be following how Danica, Gout & NAPA knowhow go through the evening.
