Hey guys, I am doing my Business Studies degree dissertation on sponsorship in F1, and for the primary research I am conducting a survey. It looks at levels of brand recall & awareness, the sponsor-event fit and purchase intention. It's not very exciting i'm afraid but it should only take around 5 mins, so I'd really appreciate it if you could fill it out for me.

I don't think that question was aiming at Mercedes proper of the 50s etc but I took it to be Merc/Brawn/BAR etc

The last part about linking sponsors brands to F1 as a whole is odd though - sponsors align themselves to teams for a variety of reasons.

"Would teams use a Shell product?" Well, yes, those that are sponsored by them. Unless someone else makes a better product. Either way, none of that's related in any great way to the petrol or oil I can buy.....
