I would imagine that LH has a lot of emotional ties to McLaren and to Ron Dennis especially as I thought RD really noticed him in the young drivers program etc. I don't know how much that counts for in this life (I would like to think a fair bit).

Oh, and I bet Lewis still has his eye firmly on that Orange F1 hehe

Having spent a long time in an industry that gets written about a lot, I have to tell you that the quality of insight that even the specialist media have is worth the square root of fu<k-all.
People inside an industry - as opposed to those on the outside, looking in, trying to figure out what is going on, and then spice it up in order to sell newspapers - of course know what's going on, but they're not going to give straight answers because they almost always have an agenda.
Moral of the story: if that sort of article is amusing to you, go for it. Just don't take it seriously.
