I think Hispania, virgin and lotus will make up 12th 11th and 10th respectively, but I see lotus being considerably closer to the midfield then virgin.
Unless Williams have a fantastic development program I see them coming 9th, and Rubens seemed very defeatest at china, yielding positions that you'd expect the most experienced man on the grid to fight for. This smacks me of a driver with no faith in the car!

Having thought about it more, I would put ,money on Lotus scoring no points again.
The only way they can score is if cars in front of them breakdown, crash or severely f
k-up.
The problem is there are 18 cars that are all faster than them by at least 1 second (more like 2), they will need 9 cars to crash/retire/fk-up to score a point.
What did we see last week at one of the most action packed races of the last 20 years? One retirement! ONE! No mechanical failures, multiple crashes that cars survived and one single piece of human error at STR.
If you take the Top 10 as the top 5(ish) teams RB, Mac, Ferrari, Renault and Merc they are the 10 point scoring cars (usually) then if any of them have an error you have 4 midfeild teams Sauber, FIF1, STR and Williams all ready to take those points, as we saw in China it was Kobayashi who picked up that point. In Malaysia it was Kobayashi and Di Resta. The mid-feild is so strong and reliable now (apart from Williams) that Lotus, I don't think have a chance except from some completely insane event happening.
Since the start of the 2009 season the Midfeild really have upped the level of proffesionalism. Also Lotus are 1 year old now, the newest teams in the Midfeild have now been around for 20 years.

I think they'll continue to beat the mid-field teams on odd occasions when things go their way, but they're still some way behind them on ultimate pace. Of course it's possible that they'll come up with some huge upgrade to the car that throws them into the midfield, but it would be a surprise to me. Points? I don't know. I think it will be hard.
