It's only a week away now. One of the best driver's circuits on the calender, it hasn't produced the best racing over the years, but hopefully the KERS and DRS will change that this year.

Red Bull will need to get a decent KERS system working for the long uphill back straight. They will be eaten alive if the KERS fails.

Will the Team Lotus cars have Caterham sponsorship?

Will Alonso turn up to race for the first time this year?

Could this be Jenson's first win of 2011?

Will Mark find some form in Qually?

Who will be the best of the rest, Sauber, Williams, FI or Torro Rosso?

All I'll predict is Kobai and Perez will be mixing it up in midfield. Lets see how Perez keeps his tyres on this one

I don't have a bloody clue, but I'm sitting here with my legs crossed, rocking back and forth waiting for my next F1 fix - it's been cold turkey for nearly a decade (or so it seems!!).

I expect Turn 8 will be a right headache this year with the problems they've been having with tyre wear (not to mention the horrendous bumps) - will the strategy be to get onto the prime tyre ASAP or stick with the options and make a load of stops?

I think the key to this race is Red Bull.

As I mentioned, if they can get the KERS reliable, they should annihilate everyone.

If it's still fragile, they won't stand a chance with the DRS zone being on the hill.

Bear in mind that with such a large break between raced, they all will have brought a load of new updates to Turkey - we will see what everyone's pace is like in Quali.

I'm hoping for most teams to have made an improvement and RB's upgrades to make little difference - to try to bring everyone closer together!

I don't think RB's advantage is really that big this year. Faster in qually, but McLarens are equal in race conditions, depending on tyre wear. Turkey's turn 8 should throw a spanner in the works! I think Button and Schumacher are the ones to watch in this race, with the two Sauber drivers quite possibly upsetting the big names.

he has had shocking car problems so far this year, only got around 3 laps in for the whole of saturday at the last race. given that they have had 2 weeks off do you think they would have had a chance to completley rebuild the car in terms of getting reliability.

On another note, when are all the teams likley to front up with there second chassis?
renault have had to make repairs to perezes car after his jump, kova put it into the tyres in melbourne, some are probably due for a few tweaks for performance terms as well

I think the KERS will be fine.

Red Bull in turn 8 will be worth tuning in for I reckon.

Here's something they weren't expecting. It's cold 12c and raining today and expected to be wet and cold on Friday as well !

Nothing firm for the weekend yet but could be wet but slightly warmer 14-15c !
