Ive been wondering for a while, what is the situation in F1 if say a Ferrari puts off a Minardi for example and the Minardi is destroyed, does Ferrari pay for the repairs or is it a case of tough sh!t!?
Because obviously a small team has to really struggle to pay for avoidable repairs.
??
No way its never been like that, the F1 sceane would be a mockery that way.
Ferrari and Minardi crash they pay thier own way!.
Theres no 'insurance', the track is liable if a marshall or spectator is injured under thier own insurance for thier premises.
Thats what i assumed, but a few big not at fault smashes could really cause the small teams problems.
Would guess that there would be trade off to consider between the cost of the premiums and the cost of repair.

Think Bernie E would probably weigh out again if it was a Minardi...Wish he has helped the Arrows guys out!
