M25 Night Closures

I need to pick someone up from Heathrow T3 tonight. I intend to drive from Gatwick area, M23 then M25, M4. Driving there looks straightforward, but night works start at 10pm, involving part closure of M4/M25 junction, then full anticlockwise closure of M25 around J11(??)
Anybody know what diversion routes have been cooked up? Will it add significant time to the return journey??

Flight lands 930pm, so getting there shouldn't be a problem. However, I think the closures start at 10pm, so the return journey could be tiresome...

It's been closed before. I did the almost same journey. Horsham to Heathrow about 3 weeks ago . There was a diversion. They do start the closure a long time before the time they say .
They were closing it at 9 pm and on the way back ,I was later than you about 11 pm . It took 1 hour 45 mins to get back. Albeit 20 mins on from Horsham on the return.

Turned out easier than expected. Lane closure on M4 didn't hold things up & around J11 two lanes were closed with 40 limit for a few miles, but little traffic & no diversions. Highways website had suggested at least 2 diversions - perhaps they are being over pessimistic??
