speed camera vans

was doing 52 maybe 53 mph when i noticed a camera van at side of road on a 50 mph stretch......you think they will fine me???

so annoying. driving my truck for 10 hours and was really tired...only a seconds lapse in concentration led my car to go slightly over the limit before i notived and dabbed the brakes.....then i saw the van....oh for gods sake i thought....

The way I read it he was driving his car AFTER driving his truck.

Indicated 52/53 will probably only be true 50 anyway.

I use my satnav speed...more accurate, less worries.

I've always believed the speed limit allows a tenth plus 2mph, so 57 in a 50.

Was my RE teacher who told me that about 12 years ago!

I think you're right. And yes,indicated 53, won't be above 50 so nothing to worry about
