Subaru Brat - Wales to Scotland 25/4/26
Discussion
And we’ve arrived!
310 miles with no problem. Made over regular stops for fuel as it’s still on a 25l auxiliary tank with no gauge.
Averages of 41.5mph and 31mpg.
Cruises happily at 60, but very loud. Think rear diff needs a rebuild, as rear wheel bearings replaced.
Some shots from the day.
I’ll be at Craptical Classics next weekend, and a few other shows this summer.

That's cool, I see one on my way to work that has survived well.
What's with the rear frame? It looks like it has been made for something specific?
The rear frame is to carry mountain bikes over the back of the truck, without the front wheels hitting the ground. It is removable. What's with the rear frame? It looks like it has been made for something specific?
