how do you upload a car pic?

I'd like to contribute, but I don't know how to upload a car pic - help please.

Currently the picture needs to be hosted on a website somewhere and then referenced from your profile.

e.g. you upload to www.mywebsite/images/mycar.jpg

and then you put www.mywebsite/images/mycar.jpg in your profile.
