first Car

Okkkk, here goes. Here is my corsa, i know, nothing too exciting or exotic, but it is mine, and i love it!








In my opinion its a decent little car, fun to drive, reasonably well equiped for a small car and seems cheap enough to run. I'm also sensible enough to realise that it doesnt need a ridiculous body kit or an exhaust the size of my face! i like it how it is and thats hopefully how it will stay until i move onto something more exciting!

I only drove this once - asthmatic 1.0 diesel version. Wasn't best pleased with it...

I bet 1.2 engine is more fun! Happy motoring!

Far better than my first car: a black Fiat Seicento Sporting (with orange rubber stripes down the side as standard) that went by the name of 'Eggy' due to the smell...

Thinking about it, the two cars that followed it weren't much better!

Thanks for the kind words. To be fair, i was expecting to be destroyed for putting it up on here for it being 'just a corsa'.

The 1.2 engine isn't too bad to be fair, quick enough to be fun, but wont get me into too much trouble. Comfortable as well, i've done a few long motorway journeys in it and i cant complain about it too much, better than a lot of small cars i've been in!

I've got a 1.2 Corsa at the moment too. The economy on it is pretty good if you drive sensibly.

You'd be surprised just how much you can fit in one with all the seats down

I have one almost identical to that, except mine is silver (I prefer the black if I'm honest). Same year, same number of doors, same trim level. Really excellent first cars, only downside is no air con but that's being greedy, isn't it?

I had a 1.0 Elegance (insert chrome bits and aircon, yes aircon on a 1 litre....) and it was great, yes it was a five door. I then went onto by another Corsa, the newer one (pics in the profile). Cracking little cars IMO

Mines got aircon!! the black seems such a pain to keep clean, seems to show everything!

as a first car you can't go wrong.

obviously it's not going to set the land speed record,just get some NCB and go from here.

you've choosen the best colour by the way,just keep washing it as blacks like a magnet to dirt.
