Cut a long story short i managed to swap a Rover Metro 1.1 for this lovely E36 323 with a family member who has had his liscence revoked due to medical grounds, he has now given the the Metro to his 18 yr old son to learn to drive in.

This had no tax or mot when I got it and had been used as a skip for all sorts of tat, but a good clean and polish later and shes looking beautiful. 54k on the clocks and 4 previous owners. Its my second RWD car after my previous 316 coupe. Yes it's an auto and its not the most desireable colour but as I keep telling my mates, you wouldn't moan if you swapped it for a Metro would yo? wink

That is really really lovely, I'm slightly jealous actually. 54k on the clock? You are one lucky sod.

Is there a body in the boot!? Looks a bit low at the back. Much better than a Metro though!!

check the rear springs, the coupes are notorious for cracking springs. If one side is lower than the other that'll be why. Looks great though, I quite like the colour. 16 wheels suit it too.

I used to have a manual E36 323i - sold it approaching 178500 miles. Still going strong! Enjoy it!

nice car, much prefer the sport spec though.

is it a 2.5 litre? would make it a small 6 in my book. laugh

Was going to say, its only a little 6! Not like the M30 boat anchors (I've got an iS, so a little biased tongue out)

Car looks good though! Can't decide if I like the E36, I've got an E30 and wondering about upgrading in the future.
