My recently purchased Clio 200 (with Cup pack, Recaros and in Albi Blue). Only done 70 miles so far (averaging 20mpg) but can't really open the taps until the engine is past its run in period of 600 miles! One thing I would say is that the car look much muuch better in the flesh. The colour is stunning, and I really like the contrast with the anthracite alloys and red callipers.

Here are some first pics. I will take some better ones and post them soon!

Still at the dealers:

After my first proper drive:

Good idea, I have heard Renaultsport have no idea how to setup a chassis. . . . . . . scratchchin

To the OP - nice, I have an irrational liking for these cars, probably reminds me of my first car in 1986, R5 GT Turbo. smile

Lovely car mate! I've had mine a month & love it. All I can say is get it run in asap & then go for a propper drive on a road you know well.... You wont stop smilling! Absolutley awesome car! Enjoy!

I want one of these, in that spec but possibly in a different colour (white?)

After a week with my 206 GTi I have decided that small French hot hatches are the way forward, even though various people have threatened to buy my Burberry accessories to go with it hehe

I've been toying with the idea of getting one of these for my wife, but in the pearlescent white.
She doesn't know it, mind!

I like these a lot and would definitely have one. I always wonder what the black bit at the front would look like colour coded though. I just can't make my mind up on that part of the bumper... the rest of it - fantastic.

Picking mine up Friday,
White, Cup
to say I can't wait is an understatement!

Already told the girlfriend that the car is No.1. She's very understanding.

I can't believe no one has bought that yet? Well priced for such a 'good' plate, in that it actually looks correct. If I could get "A147 GTA" for £500 I'd be all over it, so that looks like a steal to me.

I do like the Clio 200's. See one regularly around these parts in white, with black wheels. Looks well.

Thanks for all the comments guys. I took a long time choosing my next car, and so far I am over the moon with it. I can't wait until the engine is run in after 600 miles, so I can start to see what it's capable of tongue out

Why would you want to pay for a reg plate that is the car model? You get those badges for free. I dont understand people de-badge there cars often, yet some people go and stick the model on the reg plate, just leave tha badges on!

Clio's are great fun, i had a 172 High comp engine, bilstein coilovers, hispec 4 pots etc, was great around the b roads, pitty it lasted 3 weeks, constant electrical problems frown

A nice set of eibach pro springs and re do the geo and it would look really nice.

It may look really nice, but I wouldn't set about replacing genuine Renault Sport suspension components with inferior aftermarket bits! No way!

Lol, do you know who Eibach are? A set of Eibach Progressive Springs with a Full Geo would handle the same if not better!

That looks sweet as mate. Wish i had the money to justify buying one or anything in that price bracket. Could probably only push as far as a 197 though. Ive heared itts not even in the same league as the 200. Shame.
