Got this a few weeks ago. Really enjoying it so far. Had to spend quite a bit on it to get it running properly and it still needs some tlc but it's great fun to drive.

Not sure about the black wheels, might get them re-done in anthracite like they should be. Also need to get my exhaust lined up properly as it's hanging low.

Always had a massive soft spot for the 182, I would maybe agree on the black wheels though Grey may look slightly better but don't rush into anything they look far from rubbish give it a few weeks before you decide what to do.

Very nice car.....

Now I think that looks pretty tasty with black wheels and may get that done to my blackgold 182

Very nice, I'd have the wheels painted anthracite in time. I do like these and have decided to get one as a weekend / trackday toy.

Enjoy.

Very cool!

What have you had to do to get it running properly?

Just a major service including cambelt/aux belt kits.

I still need to replace the engine mounts and am looking at other suspension options as it seems to be on its way out.

Looking good. Im assuming you took it to a reputable Renault Specialist - the timing is very important on these cars!! Might be worth checking if not ...

www.cliosport.net is a good resource as well if you're not already on there smile

Looks fantastic and anthracite wheels can only improve it, imo, but it still looks great

There seem to be a lot of 182 threads at the moment! Makes me sad as mine is up for sale! I've had great fun over nearly 20k miles in mine and I'm sure you'll enjoy it just as much smile

Well not tears and white hankies or anything. I'm moving abroad and at the end of the day I can always buy another.

Yep made sure they had the correct renault tools to do the job. I'm a member on cliosport already and there's tonnes of advice and stuff. Good site.

Car looks clean Acehood thumbup

Now, just get us a photo of the 182 in its classic pose (rear wheel off the ground!) and the thread is complete!

Once I get it on the track I'm sure there'll be some 3 wheeled action smile

Not pushed it that hard on the roads
